RMA’s goal is to strike a balance between technology and aesthetics in the field of Architecture and Interior Design by integrating all the other important disciplines of design related to the building industry. This multidisciplinary firm has mainly catered to multinationals, property developers, commercial and public establishments, etc. who require work done to international standards.
A KEY FACTOR FOR SUCCESS
RMA’s success is based in its holistic and sensitive approach to any design, which is achieved by its close co-ordination with the clients and consultants. Stress is laid on making sure the clients’ brief is executed with the functionality of design enhanced with others parameters like aesthetics, mood and style, harmony with the environment, ergonomics, etc. and within the available budget.
All this is achieved by involving allied consultants as required at the conceptual and creative design phase of the project to ensure a harmonious integration of architecture, interiors, lighting and landscaping, etc.
The scope of work handled by RMA encompasses conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, tendering documentation, appointment of contractors, project management and site supervision to the full satisfaction of the clients. A detailed description of RMA’s normal scope of work is available on request.
The firm was founded in 1982, by Rohini Mani, an Architect with more than 25 years of experience in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. With an established office in Mumbai, and an experienced team of young architects and interior designers, who are fully familiar with the in house computer facilities having Auto CAD and other associated software, RMA provides a comprehensive Architecture and Interior Design package. A group of highly qualified and experienced consultants in allied disciplines like Structures, Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitation, HVAC & BMS etc are associated with the designs at the appropriate time to facilitate smooth execution of the project. |
